Things have gotten harder with having to learn to blog using a new editor. Perhaps a good way to learn new things as you grow older not necessarily wiser.
Tried this recipe a couple of weeks back and would like to tweek the recipe when I get the chance to.
Thai Basil Chicken
Ingredients:
250g chicken mince
bunch of Thai basil (or sweet basil)
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Marinade the mince with the condiments (fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce & sugar) for 10 minutes.
- Heat some oil in saucepan or wok.
- Fry the chicken in the oil, stir to cook.
- Add the basil once the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with white rice.
