It’s hot, it’s raining. What to cook? I finally decided to make burgers for tonight with some coleslaw salad on the side.
Ingredients: makes 6 patties
600 g (about 21 oz) minced beef
large egg
onion – half, minced
garlic – 1 clove, minced
tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
salt – 1 teaspoon
pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Method:
Beat egg lightly
Mix all ingredients together including the egg.Mix thoroughly.
Make 6 balls out of the mixture.
Lightly flatten to the shape of a burger patty.
Cover with cling wrap until ready to cook.
