When you feel like having tacos and you don’t want to go through the hassle of making too many fillings for taco, you make it into a pizza or Tacozza like I did.
It has most of the fillings that goes into a taco like beef mince, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes, taco (crushed) and cheese.
I am planning to use the leftover beef mince to make empanadas or beef puffs as they would be known locally. That will be for another day.
