Making this side is very easy. All you need is enough french beans for 4 or more persons.
Boil/blanch them in some salted boiling water.
Drain and place on serving dish.
Drizzle some balsamic vinegar & olive oil over the cooked beans.
Sprinkle some fried shallots & white sesame seeds on the top of the beans.
Option:
Slice some shallots, stir fry them in some oil till the shallots are translucent. Add in the french beans & about 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Remove from heat immediately to prevent the cheese from burning.
