When we think of the avocado, Guacamole comes to mind. Simple to make as long as you have access to a ripe avocado, salt & pepper & lime juice.

Cut & remove pit from the avocado. Mash it up, add a pinch of salt & pepper and squeeze some lime juice in. And there you have it.

You can add almost anything you want to jazz it up. Sour cream. Chopped onions. Chopped tomatoes. The list goes on and on.

My favourite is to use it as a spread, I simply add some olive oil to the mashed avocado, salt & pepper for my sandwiches. Especially – grilled chicken with some lettuce & sliced tomatoes on homemade bread for lunch.

If you Google about the Health Benefits of Avocado, it is an amazing fruit packed with nutrients and minerals.
