Use the Pie pastry – bulk recipe to make 2-portions of Apple Crumble base & topping. How?
After the dry ingredients are mixed with the butter, separate the crumbly mixture into half. (A) & (B)
To obtain your 2-portion pie pastry : Half the portion of wet ingredients mix and add to 1-half portion (A) and mix till it comes together to form a dough. Separate into 2-portions.
Crumble topping: Add 1/2 cup sugar to the other half portio (B). Mix well and separate into 2-portions.
