Are you plaqued by this question too? Googling gave me some links to a blog, which made sense to me and to some forums which left me mentally scratching my head. Do I really want to know so badly as to read all the comments? NO!!!!
what’s the difference between brownies and chocolate cake
This link gave me answers that I found acceptable or made sense to my baking knowledge. Studying different recipes for brownies has left me slightly confused each time – this I will admit.
The next step will be to re-hash some of the No-Fail or Must-have recipes on hand. Some have been tried and tried again and did not give me that sense of ‘brownie’ or what I know of as a brownie.
